Refunds
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
We realize everyone is different and we feel you shouldn't have to pay for a product that doesn't work for you. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and we stand by the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 30 days of your order and we will either replace, exchange or refund your purchase upon receipt of your returned product. If you have a product that you would like to return, Please contact the customer service.
You have 15 days from your purchase date to initiate a return. After 15 dias, returns can no longer be accepted.

All International customers are responsible for any additional duties & taxes. All International orders ship via United States Postal Service and are estimated at 7-10 days for delivery. If you have trouble with placing an International order, please use PayPal for the method of payment.
